PRESENTERS CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Please send PowerPoint presentations to Patricia Arteaga at parteaga@azgohs.gov  no later than July 7th.   If presentation can not be emailed please mail hardcopy to:

GOHS will not provide lodging to presenters that live/work within 50 miles of the City of Flagstaff. 

GOHS will pay lodging expenses and will make all hotel reservations for those presenters that qualify for lodging.  Presenters are responsible for all other expenses. GOHS will waive registration fee. GOHS will reimburse milage for personal vehicle use only.

Hotel Information

Please note, the conference summit will take place at the Northern Arizona University Conference Center in the City of Flagstaff.   GOHS will be using up to three hotels in close proximity to the Conference Center, therefore, hotel assignments will be made based on first registered and first paid.

Any confirmed presenter that is a "no show" will be billed for the unused hotel room.
