Red Badge to Save Lives Program
Introduction

In an automobile crash or medical emergency, time is of essence. The GOHS aims to increase highway travelers' safety and security when traveling Arizona highways, reduce emergency response time for first responders and help travelers communicate in times when they are unable to communicate for themselves during an automobile crash or medical emergency while in their personal vehicle.

The Red Badge program is about helping people communicate during an automobile crash, when they might not be able to communicate for themselves. It gives first responders valuable information when responding to traffic crashes and help speed emergency response time by immediately making available information necessary to treat crash victims, prevent further injury, and thus, help save lives.
